Cancellation / reschedule
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Late policy
Appointments start on time. A 10-minute grace period is included. After that, a late fee may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled.
Travel fee
Travel fee is based on distance and confirmed at booking. Service area: Austin & surrounding cities.
